The person who brought DiscGolf to Vietnam is Nguyen Phuong Tung – the founder of RecSports Vietnam.

In 2016, Nguyen Phuong Tung founded RecSports®️ Vietnam with the mission of developing new recreational sports in Vietnam.
He was the first person to introduce DiscGolf to Vietnam and implement experiential activities, instruction and practice field construction.
The DiscGolf project was developed within the framework of RecSports Vietnam, in parallel with other new sports such as FootGolf and Pickleball.
Thanks to his pioneering efforts, Vietnam began to have community activities, practice fields and the first DiscGolf tournament.
